Mahala Residential Scheme, Ajmer Road Jaipur DIV-X Phase-II

The Mahala Residential Scheme, Ajmer Road Jaipur DIV-X Phase-II consist of independent house, which is constructed in 3 Blocks(D, E & G), E-situated at 1354 (Mahala) and D&G at 22 & 35 (Chanchukiya). However, the Google Map is accepting Longitude and Latitude for one block only. Therefore the complete google map along with demarcation of all three blocks have been uploaded at "PROJECT RELATED - COMMON DOCUMENT" section for reference. The maps of EWS, LIG and MIG-A have been uploaded with structural specification of G+1 floors, however the promoter have decided to construct only Ground floor at present, first floor maps have been approved for future (same is also mentioned in the maps as word “future” is prefixed before the structural drawings of first floor). In case of any changes related to construction, the same shall be updated to RERA authority. Accordingly, the development cost considered at present includes the only cost to be incurred for the purpose of construction of ground floor.
