E-04 (44.95 sq.mtr.), plot no. L-18 (74.97 sq.mtr.) and Commercial Plot (715.64 sq.mtr.) E-11 ( 44.94 sq.mtr.), plot no. L-18 (74.97 sq.mtr.) and Commercial Plot (835.02 sq.mtr.) Now, 12.5% of the total saleable plots has been mortgaged by the Bhiwadi Integrated Development Authority, BIDA against the internal development work of the project those plots are plot no. E-11 ( 44.94 sq.mtr.), plot no. L-18 (74.97 sq.mtr.) and Commercial Plot (835.02 sq.mtr.).
