The project's saleable area of 4658.15 square meters includes: 4538.56 square meters of residential area and 119.59 square meters of informal commercial area 3. The open area of 2958.85 square meters is entirely allocated to road area. 4. In accordance with the Township Policy-2010, Residential Plot Nos. D-27, D-28, D-29, and D-30, totaling 577.77 square meters (equivalent to 12.5%), are mortgaged with Nagar Parishad, Sikar. These plots will be allotted upon completion of internal development work and payment of development charges to Nagar Parishad, Sikar.
