12.5% of the total saleable plots has been mortgaged by the Karyalaya Nagarpalika Mandal Khatushyamji, Sikar against the internal development work of the project. Those 17 plots are plot no. 22, 23, 27, 28, 29, 33, 34, 35, 39, 40, 46, 47, 48, 51, 52, 76 and 77. Open Area of the project is 5650.38 sq. meters which includes Mobile Tower [49.67 sq. mtrs] and Road Area [5600.71 sq. mtrs].
