1.) 12.5% of the total saleable plots has been mortgaged by the Ajmer Development Authority against the internal development work of the project those plots are plot no. L-26, L-27, L-30, E-21 to E-24, Informal Commercial Area admeasuring 182.16 sq mtr. 2.) Plot No. E-25, E-26 and L-28, L-29 are the disputed plots and we shall not sell or market these plots until the dispute is resolved and construction permission is issued by the competent authority.
