1. As per Township policy 2010, we have to mortgage 12.5% plots with Local Bodies, accordingly, Plot numbering C-1 Total 1 Plots admeasuring 2164.93 Sq. Meters kept as mortgage with Jaipur Development Authority and these plots will be released once development work is completed and development charges are deposited with Jaipur Development Authority. 2. Open Area Includes park admeasuring 990.89 sq. Meters, ZDP Road admeasuring 1379.95 sq. Meters and Road admeasuring 4075.06 sq. Meters total 6445.9 sq. Meters. We will develop all the facility and utility as per norms of Township Policy 2010. 2) “As the plot area is more than 500 square meters, the parking provisions as per the notification dated 10.08.2020 shall be complied with at the time of sanction/approval of the building plan. All concerned customers/allottees shall be duly updated and informed about the same at the time of sale.”
