As per Township policy 2010 12.5% of the total saleable area i.e. Plot No 123, 124, 128, 167, 168, 158, 161, 162, 163, 177 Total 10 Plots were mortgaged with Nagarparishad Hanumangarh for the Internal Development works related to this project. Open Area is 7448.96 Mtr (which includes 6787.41 Sq Mtr For Road and 961.54 Sq Mtr. for Park). Now almost development work has been completed by the promoter therefore mortgaged Plot No. 123, 124, 167, 161, 162, 163, has been now released by the Nagarparishad Hanumangarh and Plot No. 168, 128, 158, 177 is still under mortage with Nagarparishad Hanumangarh.
