As per Township policy 2010 12.5% of the total saleable area i.e. Plot no 04,05,133,141 were mortgaged with Nagarparishad Hanumangarh for the Internal Development works related to this project. Open Area is 3819.70 Mtr (which includes 3404.89 Sq Mtr For Road and 414.81 Sq Mtr. for Park). Now almost development work has been completed by the promoter therefore mortgaged Plot No. 05,133,141 has been now released by the Nagarparishad Hanumangarh and Plot No. 4 is stillunder mortage with Nagarparishad Hanumangarh.
