As per Township policy 2010 12.5% of the total saleable area i.e. Plot no 24,29,30,51,53,25,55 were mortgaged with Nagarparishad Hanumangarh for the Internal Development works related to this project. Open Area is 6948.694 Mtr (which includes 5928.031 Sq Mtr For Road and 1020.663 Sq Mtr. for Park). Now almost development work has been completed by the promoter therefore mortgaged Plot no 24,29,30,53,25,55 has been now released by the Nagarparishad Hanumangarh and Plot No. 51 is stillunder mortage with Nagarparishad Hanumangarh.
