1. This project plotted development project. Therefore there is no provision for parking in this project. 2. The conversion letter uploaded online is to be considered as approval letter. No separate approval letter is provided. 3. No plots are liable to be mortgage in this project to any government authority. 4. Sanctioned layout plan numbering is not correct, last number mentioned in layout plan is 160. however by individual counting of plots it comes to 128 plots, 16 shops and 1 institutional plot. Total inventory comes to 145. 5. Letter no. 1800/27/2016/351 and 1800/27/2016/450 as mentioned on copy of sanctioned layout were not issued to us. They are for internal use of Collector only.
