1. In this project, there are total 4 Blocks A,B,C,D consist of total 2 Basements + G + 7 Floors. Initially, at the time of registration, the JDA had granted construction permission for only up to the 6th floor in Blocks A, B, C and D. Now the maps have been revised and the JDA has now granted the construction permission till 7th floor in Blocks A, B, C and D. 2. With the permission of RERA, project name has been changed from "LEHARIYA CRAFTED FOR BUSINESS" to "LEHARIYA"; and all declarations, undertakings, agreements, and other documents executed by the promoter with "LEHARIYA" as the name of this project will continue to hold good for this project now named as "LEHARIYA".
