That the layout plan approved on 18/12/2009 and patta was already issued for other plot before the commencement of the RERA Act. Therefore the plotted development scheme is not required to be registered in RERA as per explanation 6 of rule 4 of Rajasthan Real Estate Regulation and Development, Rules, 2017.
