1.) 12.5% of the total saleable plots has been mortgaged by the Jaipur Development Authority, Jaipur against the internal development work of the project those plots are plot no. 8, 9, 15, 17, 24, and 28. 2.) JDA Plot No. 4 and 5 is in the ownership of the JDA and be sold by the JDA only and thus the same is mentioned under the not sanctioned/not yet approved for sale category. 3.) Open Area of the project is 2846.64 sq.mtr. and the same is calculated by considering road area as 2366.46 sq.mtr., Park area as 480.18 Sq.Mtrs.
