1) As per Township policy 2010, we have to mortgage 12.5% plots with Local Bodies, accordingly, Plot numbering 7 to 13 Total 7 Plots admeasuring 585.83 Sq. Meters kept as mortgage with Jaipur Development Authority and these plots will be released once development work is completed and development charges are deposited with Jaipur Development Authority. 2. Open Area Includes park admeasuring 405.07 sq. Meters, Mobile Tower admeasuring 10.00 sq. Meters, SWM admeasuring 70.80 sq. Meters, Road 18.0 Mt Wide admeasuring 962.89 sq. Meters and Road admeasuring 1968.55 sq. Meters total 3417.31 sq. Meters. We will develop all the facility and utility as per norms of Township Policy 2010. 2) In this scheme for Retail Commercial (Informal) plot planning for the said plot shall be prepared in accordance with the order dated 20.06.2023, and in line with the B.P.C. (LP) U.O. Note dated 25.11.2021. Accordingly, the building plan for the said plot shall be prepared separately, in compliance with the applicable norms and regulations.
