1.) 12.5% of the total saleable plots has been mortgaged by the Jaipur Development Authority against the internal development work of the project those plots are plot no. 7 and 8 admeasuring 235.23 Sq.Mtr. 2.) Open Area of the project is 945.53 sq.mtr. and the same is calculated by considering park area as 135 sq.mtr., S.W. & M.T. area as 50 sq.mtr., and Road area as 760.53 sq. mtr.
