1. That JDA, Jodhpur issued the letter to Sub Registrar, Registration & Stamp Jodhpur for acceptance of stamp duty in following plots no. 1 to 106, 114 to 129, 143 to 163 & 175 to 182. Therefore remaining plots are mortgage with Jodhpur Development Authority which are Plot no. 107-113, 130-142 & 164-174 (Total-31 plots and area- 1754.96 sq. mtrs.) and copy of same has been attached under "Copy of the legal title report for project land" tab. 2. That we have taken all open area is Krishna Vihar project (RAJ/P/2021/1652 dated 07-09-2021) which has been registered earlier.
