• The project "Krishna Residency 21" consists of two duplex flats located on the 5th floor, namely flat no. 603 and 604. Both flats are equipped with a duplex staircase and a private terrace on the top. In the JDA approved plan, there was some ambiguity regarding the height of the mumty, therefore, terrace plan, duly sealed and signed by the architect, have been submitted to the RERA Authority for better clarification. The private terrace area of Flat No. 603 measures 56.04 sq. mtr., while that of Flat No. 604 measures 46.35 sq. mtr. • The Terrace Plan, along with the declaration issued by the Architect, has been uploaded with the approved maps, accompanied by an affidavit stating that the details provided by the promoter are accurate and will not cause any harm to the allottees. In the event of any contradiction, the promoter will be held liable to compensate the allottees. • The private terrace area and balcony area have been collectively revised and reflected in the "Area of Exclusive Balcony and Verandah" tab for Flat No. 603 and 604. • Flat No. 603: Area of Exclusive Balcony and Verandah is now 73.96 sq. m [17.92 sq. m + 56.04 sq. m]. • Flat No. 604: Area of Exclusive Balcony and Verandah is updated to 58.58 sq. m [12.23 sq. m + 46.35 sq. m].
