In the event of any contradiction, the promoter will be held liable to compensate the allottees. β€’ The private terrace area and balcony area have been collectively revised and reflected in the "Area of Exclusive Balcony and Verandah" tab for Flat No. 603 and 604. β€’ Flat No. 603: Area of Exclusive Balcony and Verandah is now 73.96 sq. m [17.92 sq. m + 56.04 sq. m]. β€’ Flat No. 604: Area of Exclusive Balcony and Verandah is updated to 58.58 sq. m [12.23 sq. m + 46.35 sq. m].
