However as on date sanction number of apartment (B+STILT+9th FLOOR) , LIG-(378 )+ EWS (117) COMMERCIAL 27 AND Informal Commercial 04 . As on Date Sanction number of apartments + commercial + informal commercial 526. and when the permission for 9th 10th and 11th floor is received from uit kota. we shall update the same to rera authority as per CMJAY GUIDELINES and subsequently detail of project is updated
