These Plots would be release after development work is completed and development charges are deposited with JDA. 2) Open Area Total of 5583.47 Sq.Mtr includes Park(664.96 Sq.Mtr), Solid Waste Management(54.33 Sq.Mtr), Mobile Tower(10.24 Sq.Mtr), Mobile Tower (I) (10.02 Sq.Mtr) Public Utility(10.29 Sq.Mtr), Road(4833.63 Sq.Mtr) 3) Total Land Area of the Project is 13100 Sq.Mtr out of which Out of Possession Area is 172.77 Sq.Mtr. However Phase area as per approved layout is 12927.23 Sq. Mtr. (Total Land 13100 Sq.Mtr less land Lose Area of 172.77 Sq.Mtr). 4) The Planning of informal Commercial including pathway/parking order dated 20.02.2023 and U O note issued by BPC(LP) dated 25.11.2021, the zone on its own level will separately approve the map of Plot. 5) Firm has incorporate on 26.04.2023 hence earlier ITR and audited balance not available. FY 2023-24 audit not conducted till date so we are attached affidavit for the same in other approval tab.
