1. As per Township Policy 2010, 4 Plots (318, 322, 323, 324) having total area of 355.95 Sq. Mtrs equaling to 12.5% have been kept mortgage. This Area would be allotted after the internal development work is completed and development charges are deposited with Bhiwadi Integrated Development Authority. 2. The Open area of the project is 1919.34 Sq Mtrs (including Park area 392.42 Sq Mtrs. , Corridor Area 166.84 Sq Mtrs. & Road area 1360.08 Sq Mtrs.)
