Initially we wrongly applied for registration of the project with phase area of 5478.34 square meters but after subsequent realisation of our mistake we corrected the total area to 14,613.54 square meters and phase area to 14,613.54 square meters and paid the balance fees to the Authority. The date of completion is given as 01.04.2021, which is 42 months. Completion date is calculating keeping number of bookings in mind. The Promoter reserve its right under Rule 7 of the Rajasthan Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Rules, 2017.As per remark the correct phase area has been rectified in Land Details of Registering Project.
