1. We are applying for registration of Block 1 out of our complete layout plan. 2. Phase area of our project is 5162.48 Sq Mtrs, not 2313.66. Kindly acknowledge. 3. We have paid the additional fees of Rs. 234988 (Date- 24/05/2018 Rs. 142440 + Date- 17/04/2018 Rs. 92548) and the amount of penalty dues payable. 4. Phasing Plan has been uploaded under the Tab of Documents>Other approvals as may be required and obtained for the project.As per remark the correct phase area has been rectified in Land Details of Registering Project.
