In proposed project total area is 8849 sq.m out of which saleable area is 3674.77 sq.m and open area is 5174.23 sq.m. Out of total area 8849 sq.m 12.50% area has been mortgaged, that means out of total 23 plots 2 plots (Plot No. 15 and 16) has neem mortgaged by UIT which is mentioned in UIT approval letter.
