1) The internal development of the project is completed hence jda releases the mortgage plots. 2) Open Area Total of 5274.20 Sq.Mtr includes Park(700.60 Sq.Mtr), Solid Waste Management(50 Sq.Mtr), Mobile Tower(20 Sq.Mtr), Public Utility(10 Sq.Mtr), Road(4374.86 Sq.Mtr) and HT Line Safety Corridor(118.74 Sq.Mtr). 3) Total Land Area of the Project is 14350 Sq.Mtr out of which land lose area is 338 Sq.Mtr. However Phase area as per approved layout is 14102 Sq. Mtr. (Total Land 14350 Sq.Mtr less land Lose Area of 338 Sq.Mtr). 4) The Planning of informal Commercial including pathway/parking order dated 20.02.2023 and U O note issued by BPC(LP) dated 25.11.2021, the zone on its own level will separatly approve the map of Plot.
