1.) Project is proposed under CMJAY,2015 under Provision-3B. Total No. of units in the project are 368, out of which 140 units shall be sold as villas and those villa shall be construct on plot no. L-5 to L-10, L-15 to L-20, L-29 to L-34, L-46 to L-67, E-1 to E-22, E-27 to E-48, E-50 to E-91, E-98 to E-104, E-127 to E-133. 2.) Open area of the project is 124719.15 sq.feet or 11586.78 sq.mtr which is calculated by considering Green, park and open space area as 19344.70 sq.feet + Road Area as 105374.45 sq.feet
