1. Total 14 plots has been mortgaged by Urban Improvement Trust, Abu and those plots are Plot no. D-5, D-14 to D-26 and permission for the same will be obtained only after internal development work has been completed by the promoter, Developer plots i.e.D-1 to D-26 shall be sold as plots and remaining EWS and LIG plots will be sold as villas. 2.Due to limited storage space we have uploaded High-quality scan of the all the Patta under the tab of BUILDINGS> Electrical (LIG Patta 1-81) > Electrical drawings (EWS, Developer Patta). 2. By mistake phase area was filled as 21496.64, now corrected as 21498.92 and the balance amount has been paid.As per remark the correct phase area has been rectified in Land Details of Registering Project.
