12.5% of the total saleable plots has been mortgaged by the Urban Improvement Trust, Sikar against the internal development work of the project that plot is plot no. 08. Open Area of the project is 1175.87 sq. meters which includes Road Area [1175.87 sq. meters]. The Saleable Area of the project is 2002.13 Sq. mtrs. which includes Residential [1871.42 Sq. Mtrs.] and Informal Commercial [130.71 Sq. Mtrs.].
