Out of total area approved as per the UIT Sikar Letter and Approved map is 9892.00 Sq. Mtrs., the project has been applied for Phase area 9861.13 Sq. Mtrs. after deducting the Surrendered Area in road i.e. 30.87 Sq. Mtrs.
