12.5% of the total saleable plots has been mortgaged by the Urban Improvement Trust, Sikar against the internal development work of the project. Those 4 plots are plot no. 5, 6, 7 and 9. Open Area of the project is 2990.52 sq. meters which includes Mobile Tower [15.36 Sq. Mtrs], Garden Area [42.80 sq. mtrs.] and Road Area [2932.36 Sq. Mtrs]. The Saleable Area of the project is 6870.61 Sq. Mtrs. which includes Residential [6674.15 Sq. Mtrs.] and Informal Commercial [196.46 Sq. Mtrs.]. Out of total area approved as per the UIT Sikar Letter and Approved map is 9892.00 Sq. Mtrs., the project has been applied for Phase area 9861.13 Sq. Mtrs. after deducting the Surrendered Area in road i.e. 30.87 Sq. Mtrs.
