That Plot no. 2,3,4,60,61,62,63,64,65,66 and 111(113 map) ( Total -11 plots & Total Area- 1042.87 Sq Mtrs) have been mortgage with Jaipur Development Authority and shown in approved but not sanctioned on RERA Portal and as and when such patta will be realized it will be intimated to RERA. That on sanctioned layout two area analysis table are given one is crossed and other is depicted as revised, where in as per the revised calculation and plot numbering there are total 111 residential plots and 22 retail shops therefore in place of plot number 113 (as per point no 10 in sanctioned layout) plot number 111 is to be considered as a part of 11 mortgaged plots and accordingly details have been filled in application.
