Initially we have wrongly mention the phase area as 6382.41 sq mtr however the corrected phase area should be read as 13677.52 sq mtr and additional fees Rs 221000/- along with 2000/- late hard copy submission fees has been paid on 25-10-2019. The project is being developed in phases. In the first phase we are developing G+2 buildings on individual plots. The phasing plan has been uploaded under the tab of others/copy of layout approval. The Type design for the G+2 Building have been passed by JDA and the same has been uploaded.As per remark the correct phase area has been rectified in Land Details of Registering Project.
