1.That we have already registered the Plotted scheme in the name of Kedia's THE ORIGIN having Registration no.-RAJ/P/2022/1815. 2. That Plot no. 7, 8, 22 & 23, 35 & 36, 46, 64 & 65, 104,105, 107, 108 ( Total -10 plots & Total Area- 1208.63 Sq Mtrs) have been mortgage with Jaipur Development Authority and shown in approved but not sanctioned on RERA Portal and as and when such patta will be realized promoter will intimate to RERA on whether he will sale plots or villas on such units. 3. That Plot Number 59,60,61,62&63 are not part of this Group Housing Project Kedia's The KUNBA. The said plots will be sold as Plots only which is Part of earlier registered Project Kedia's The Origin. 4. THAT PLOT NO. 7, 8, 22 & 23, 35 & 36, 46, 64 & 65, 104,105, 107, 108 ( TOTAL -10 PLOTS & TOTAL AREA- 1208.63 SQ MTRS) ARE RELEASED BY JAIPUR DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY VIDE LETTER DATED 19.12.2022 HAVING SERIAL NUMBER JDA/UPA/ZONE-08/2022/D-52906 AND 9 plots from mortgage release plotts we ARE UPDATing IN APPROVED AND SANCTIONED ON RERA PORTAL of KEDIA'S THE KUNBA . 5. THAT EARLIER, PLOT NUMBER 59,60,61,62&63 WERE NOT PART OF THIS GROUP HOUSING PROJECT KEDIA'S THE KUNBA as they were proposed to be sold as plots only BUT NOW WE ARE CONSTRUCTING THE SAME. 6. tHAT WE ARE NOT DOING ANY CONSTRUCTION ON pLOT NUMBER 64&65.
