1). As per Township Policy 2010, 4 Plots (Residencial Plot No. A- 3, A-4, A-20, A-21) having Total area of 354.18 Sq. Mtrs AND 6 Shop Plots(Plot No S-1 to S-6) having Total area 36 Sq Mtr total 390.18 Sq Mtr equal to 12.5% have been kept as mortgage under JDA. These plots would be allotted after the Internal development work of project is completed and development charges are deposited with Jaipur Development Authority. 2). Since it is a plotted development project no parking details are required. 3. The Total Open Area 1775.93 Square meters (includes 248 Sq Mtr for Park, 1527.93 Sq Mtr For Road), and Solid waste, Mobile Tower and Public Utility are for Common use facility therefore same not include in the open area. 4. Water supply will be provide by "WATER TANK & BORING" in the project therefore we do not required NOC for Water supply
