1. As per Township Policy 2010, 7 Plots (Plot No. 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18) having Total area of 1069.63 Sq. mtr equal to 12.5% have been kept as mortgage under Jaipur Development Authority. These plots would be allotted after the internal development work of project is completed and development charges are deposited with Jaipur Development Authority. 2.The total saleable area of 8217.83 sq. mtrs. includes saleable area Residential plots (7457.85 sq. mtr.), Commercial plot (506.37 sq mtr.) and Informal Commercial (253.01 sq. mtr.) 3. The Total Open Area 4355.77 Square meters (includes 765.85 Sq Mtr for Park, 282.89 Sq Mtr For ZDP Road, And 3307.03 For Road Sq Mtr.) 4. Plots number 4 to 18 are currently getting right of way from a 9 meter road. Hence, the regulations will be applicable on the basis of a 9 meter road. After the proposed 18 meter road is constructed on the eastern side of the these plots, the provisions/standards will be applicable as per the 18 meter road.
