As per the site plan area is 5896.14 Sq. Meter. However as per Jaipur Development Authority building approval letter dated 10/06/25 as per point no.1 it has been clearly mentioned that the plot area as per site condition (actual on site) is 5633.04 Sq. Meters. Therefore, we have mentioned the total plot area and total phase area as 5633.04 Sq. Meters. Additionally, on Building Sanction plan sheet no. 1 plot area as per site condition is recorded as 56633.04 Sq. Meters.
