12.5% of the total saleable plots(4838.07 sq. meters) has been mortgaged by the Urban Improvement Trust, Sikar against the internal development work of the project. Those plots are plot no. 16, 17 and 28 (715.31 Sq. Mtrs.). Open area is 3235.09 sq. meters ,in Road Area [1214.39 sq. meters] and for Mobiel Tower 20.98 sq. meters. Area as per Approval Letter and in Form 11 of 90A was done by UIT is 10000.00 Sq. mtrs.
