12.5% of the total saleable plots(4591.00 sq. meters) has been mortgaged by the Urban Improvement Trust, Sikar against the internal development work of the project. Area as per Approval Letter and in Form 11 of 90A was done by UIT is 4591.00 Sq. mtrs. K.N. 1315/144 is completely covered in approved Plan which size is 2800 Sq. mtrs but area 1791 Sq. mtrs of K.N. 1316/144 (complete area 2800 Sq. mtrs) is taken in approved plan which new K. N. is made 1425/1316 this point is also mentioned in Search report. Informal commercial have two Shops which is IC-1 and IC-2 , Total size of Informal commercial have 196.53 and each shop will be of equal size.
