1. As per Township Policy 2010, 03 Plots (Plot No. 28 to 30) having Total area of 266.94 Sq. Mtrs equaling to 12.5% have been kept mortgage and 08 plots (Plot No. 1, 3 to 8 and 31) having total area 658.90 Sq. Mtr. retained by JDA for own purpose (will be sold by JDA only) which are showing in approved MAP in the name of JDA Commercial Plot that's why we are also showing these plots as NOT Sanctioned Plots. 2. Mortgaged plots (Plot No. 28 to 30) would be allotted after the internal development work is completed and development charges are deposited with Jaipur Development Authority. 3. The Total Open Area is 4993.84 Square meters which includes the area related with the Road only. 4. Saleable Area of Khatedar's Commercial Plots is 1884.25 Sq. Mtr. and JDA Commercial plots is 658.90 Sq. Mtr. i.e. will be sold by JDA only. 5. The Area pertains to "Future Extension" will be sold by the promoter only after proper planning and subject to its approval by competent authority accordingly the promoter will update such planning to RERA. 7.
