As per approved letter dated 23.05.2023, The reserved area (i.e. Road area 12407.60 sq. ft., Facilities 8566 sq. ft. and Park area 8583sq. ft.) measuring 29556.6 sq ft. will developed by the Promoter Kanishka Buildcon and will be surrendered to the local body
