In this project there are total 18 residential units. Total Builtup area is 4806.68sq. mtrs., open area is 636.12sq. mtrs. Plot area is 1071.54 sq.mtrs., Stilt floor area without projection is 430.75 sq. mtrs. and Guard Room is 4.67 sq.mtrs. Therefore, Plot area (-) Stilt floor area & Guard Room is the open area i.e 636.12 sq.mtrs. There are a total of 18 apartments and 9 stores in the project, thus, totalling 27 units. The Stores in the Basement Floor of the Project are of a saleable nature and shall be sold to the allottees of this Project only along with the concerned apartment/unit in the project only as per the mutual discussion between the Promoter and the respective Allottee. Once the Stores are allotted to the concerned unit, the status of the same shall be updated by the Promoter in RERA via Project Profile modification.
