1.)Open Area of the project is 2292.89 sq.mtr. and the same is calculated by considering road area as 1973.19 sq.mtr., Park & ocf area as 319.70 Sq.Mtrs.2.) 12.5% of the total saleable plots has been mortgaged by the UIT, Bhilwara against the internal development work of the project those plots are plot no. 13, 18 to 22.
