Mtrs] and Road Area [5935.17 Sq. Mtrs]. The Saleable Area of the project is 13054.86 Sq. Mtrs. which includes Residential [12742.68 Sq. Mtrs.] and Informal Commercial [312.18 Sq. Mtrs.]. Out of total area approved as per the UIT Sikar Letter and Approved map is 19393.00 Sq. Mtrs., the project has been applied for Phase area 19111.24 Sq. Mtrs. after deducting the Surrendered Area in 24.00 Meter road (281.76 Sq. Mtrs.)
