As per Township policy 2010 12.5% of the total saleable area i.e. Plot No. A25,A26,A27,A28,A29,D4,D5,D6,D7,D8,D9,D10,D11,D12,D13 were mortgaged with Nagar Parishad for the Internal Development works related to this project But now all the development work completed so all mortagaged plots i.e. Plot No. A25,A26,A27,A28,A29,D4,D5,D6,D7,D8,D9,D10,D11,D12,D13 has been released by nagar parishad. Open Area is 13336.50 Sq Mtr (which includes 10219.80 Sq Mtr For Road, 332.70 for Informal Parking, 1224.93 sq mtr for Commercial Parking and 1559.03 Sq Mtr. for Park).
