Open Area of the project is 4184.56 sq.mtr. and the same is calculated by considering road area as 3603.80 sq.mtr., Park area as 580.76 Sq.Mtrs. 2.) 12.5% of the total saleable plots has been mortgaged by the Jodhpur Development Authority, Jodhpur against the internal development work of the project those plots are plot no. 2 (1001.39 sq.mtr.)
