THEREBY IT IS MENTIONED AS 1052.68 SQ.MTR IN BUILDING SANCTION PLAN. THE MAPS, THE AREA CALCULATIONS, THE BUILDING DIMENSIONS ARE BASED ON ACTUAL SITE LOCATION AREA I.E., 1052.58 SQ.MTR. HOWEVER FOR RERA FEES CALCULATION HIGHER AREA IS CONSIDERED I.E., 1052.68 S.Q. M.T.R. THUS, SUCH CALCULATION ERROR BEING BASED ON FORMULA ROUND OFF CAN BE IGONRED HEREWITH. KINDLY TAKE A NOTE. NOTE 2: The Promoter has provisioned a club house, toilet and a guard room on the stilt floor of the building as mentioned under approved maps. This being facilities is not available for sale and is for the use of the residents of the building. Note 3: The parking details are as per the approved map and the parking facility is available in open area and stilt area.
