These plots would be allotted after the development work of project is completed and development charges are deposited with JDA. 2. Open Area Includes Park (417.00 Sq meter), S.W.M, Telecom & Utility (70.45 Sq Mtr) , Road ( 2916.08 Sq.Mtr) totaling 3405.53 Sq Mtr.
