The open area of the project is 2586.86 sq.mtr., which is calculated by considering Park area as 3217.25 sq.mtr.,common parking area as 4447.03 sq.mtr. and Roads and Pathways as 17922.58 sq.mtrs. 2. 12.5% of the total saleable plots has been mortgaged by UIT, Bikaner against the internal development work of the project those plots are EWS Plot No. 94 to 111, 124 to 149. 3. At the time of registration, initial construction work, including excavation and laying the foundation, is ongoing.
