Open Area of the project is 1228.67 sq.mtr. and the same is calculated by considering park area as 203.80 sq.mtr., SWM area 50.00 sq.mtr., internal road area as 974.87 Sq.Mtrs. 2.) 12.5% of the total saleable plots has been mortgaged by the Jaipur Development Authority, Jaipur against the internal development work of the project those plots are plot no. 10,11,12 area admeasuring 251.07 Sq. mtr.
