Open Area is mentioned as 0 (Zero) as the project is Villa Group Housing project and open area, roads and garden has been already included in the original layout map of other project (which is already RERA registered). All the units/plot size are less than 250 sq. Yds hence maps are not required to be approved by concerned authority. Therefore same type design of units has been uploaded by COA registered architect signed and sealed. The promoter as of now has planned to develop 62 villas in the project. In case of positive response and viability of the project, the promoter may add nearby plots of the same JDA approved scheme in this project and will develop/ construct villas on them in future.
