Site plan attached with lease deed issued by Jaipur Development Authority on 24.06.2016 states area as 6344.48-4.5(-R)= 6339.98 sq. mtrs. In approved map of stilt floor, two wheeler parking is mentioned as 38 (open + covered) I.e 33 in open and 5 in covered. Thus we have mentioned 5 two wheeler covered parking in stilt and 33 two wheeler parking in open. Earlier we have mentioned Block area as per sanctioned map I.e. 24299.01 sq mtrs as built up area in online summary sheet of said project however now corrected gross built up area has been updated in the online summary sheet as 24250.99sq mtrs as per copy on sanctioned layout
