Therefor to correct our fault we are providing details here as: Land cost as per rule 5(1)=25,20,39,344/- Development cost as per rule 5(2)=1,87,01,92,500/- TOTAL COST OF THE PROJECT=2,12,22,31,844/-. EWS/LIG Flats have been constructed at other site as per rules and handed over to JDA, Jaipur. The total area of projectis 19582.00 sq.mtr. . The phase area for phase 1 was filled as 19582 sq. mtr. by mistake, the phase-1 area should be read as 15077.49 sq.mtr. and the same has been marked on the drawings uploaded.
